If you chose your product in our online store, but upon receiving it, you noticed that there was a manufacturing defect, or you were even dissatisfied with the product purchased, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it.

Exchanges will only be made for products that come with manufacturing defects, but not those caused by misuse. We exchange products that came different from the one ordered by the customer. If you receive a product from us with a manufacturing defect or different from the one you ordered, follow the steps below to make the exchange:

1. Please inform our team about the problem via our email chbsports2024@gmail.com by sending clear photos or videos of the defective product or the wrong product you received, within 7 days of receipt. Please note, we will not make exchanges or refunds after this period.


2. Your complaint will be analyzed within a maximum of 2 business days and, once the problem has been identified, we will contact you via email and you will be able to choose one of the following alternatives:

Once we receive the package, we will analyze it to confirm that everything is in accordance with the conditions for returning the Item. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you and in this case you will be able to choose between:

1. Exchange for any other product that is available in our stock.
2. Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products.
3. Receive a coupon for the value of the product to use on future purchases.
